These interactive workshops vary from theory to repertoire based content covering all aspects of teaching. Our aim is to have you walking away being able to apply your learnings with ease, creating more depth within your teaching.

alignment principals & fundamentals
Focus on basic fundamental anatomy and understanding the use of tactile assistance in motor learning. We will help you ensure clients get the most out of each exercise and help you to learn to teach, correct and assist the body in front of you.

LAYERING & PROGRAMMING
Master flow and efficiency in a class setting while setting both client and teacher up for success. By the end of this workshop we want you to understand the key components of designing a class including exercise choices, equipment considerations, layering and sequencing.

Join us for an informative and empowering workshop on common injuries and their recovery journey. In this interactive workshop, you'll gain valuable insights into understanding, healing and rehabilitating from common injuries and how to cater to these within both private and group settings.

PRENATAL
This specialised course is designed for Pilates instructors wanting to upskill in the Prenatal space including considerations for conditions such as diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, pelvic girdle and lower back pain. Learn current best practice guidelines from ACSM and ACOG and how to apply them confidently in a movement setting. Cut through the misinformation!

postnatal
Apply current best practice when working with your postpartum clients. mvm. are constantly looking at current research in regards to postnatal considerations such as pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti and urinary incontinence to ensure the information we are passing on is up to date and functional in both private client and group class settings.

jumpboard
This is an interactive workshop focusing on the benefits and considerations when utilising the jumpboard. It will include a full masterclass showing how to integrate it into a group session as well as repertoire, theory and peer teaching. Add to your teaching skill set to keep your classes fresh and interesting creating new challenges for your current clientele.
